James J. Simon and Nicole D. Simon have worked for more than a combined thirty years in organizations ranging from those designated as Fortune Magazine’s “Best 100 Companies to Work For” to non-profit organizations. For the past thirteen years, they have been on an expatriate assignment based in Asia, with James overseeing marketing in Asia-Pacific for an $800 million high-tech organization. Their experiences in small offices and large offices and U.S.- and foreign-owned companies have helped shape their opinions of how to increase one’s value in an organization and maximize one’s compensation.
James holds an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He was a visiting scholar at University of London and Madrid Business School, Oxford University and attended the Disney Institute. For the past eleven years, he has been based in Singapore, overseeing the marketing in Asia-Pacific for an $800 million high-tech organization.
Nicole holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History and Political Science from California State University Fullerton. She was a visiting scholar at London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, College of Europe, and Oxford University and attended the Disney Institute.
